Banko Capital is comprised of private and public equity investors as well as operators from tech and multi-unit businesses (franchised and independent).  We are a network of former business partners, friends, classmates, and family who come together to make strategic and opportunistic investments.  We bring the ability to evaluate investments from a tops down and bottoms up perspective.  We will consider just operating companies as well as real estate in transactions.  We are also able to look beyond the business' current performance as we bring significant competencies and patient capital which allow us to unlock further value.

Banko has a permanent capital base which allows us to invest through downturns and beyond the usual 5-year private equity window.  Our goal is to maximize long term cash flow to investors which usually involves near term investments into people, systems, and property that short term investors generally avoid.

Banko also believes  in continuity - continuity of management, reputation, and strategy.  So, when possible, we like to keep owners around either to help run the business or at least advise on other investments we make in the space.
